To print a configuration page (called the menu settings page) from a Lexmark T640, T642, or T644 printer:

- Press the Menu button
- Scroll down until Reports is the active entry
- Press the check mark button
- Menu Settings Page is the first option; press the check mark button to select it

To print a network setup page instead, which gives more specific network information, follow the same first three steps listed above, but instead of selecting Menu Settings Page, scroll down to Network Setup Page and press the check mark button.

Xerox 4112 printer configuration page

Like other Xerox copiers, the 4112 can create and print a configuration report that gives an overview of its current setup.  This configuration report lists everything from ROM versions to Kerberos server settings, and it can be very useful for configuring the copier or for troubleshooting connectivity issues.  The configuration report on the 4112 is very detailed, and takes up about three pages (front and back).  The text is small, so it might take a while to find what you are looking for on it, but all of the settings are broken up into organized categories.  To print the configuration report for a Xerox 4112, follow the steps below.

- Press the Machine Status button on the operation panel (just below the touch Lcd).
- Touch the box next to Print Reports to select that option and bring up the various report choices.
- From the choices given, select Printer Reports.
- Touch Configuration Report (in the upper left corner).
- Press the Start button to begin printing the report.

Intermec EasyCoder 3400e Bar Code Label Printer configuration page

To print out configuration information on a label from the EasyCoder 3400e bar code label printer, follow the instructions below.  (These instructions can also be found on page 7 of the printers user manual.)

- If the printer is on, turn it off.
- Hold down the Feed/Pause button and turn the printer on.
- Some blank labels will start to print out, followed by the configuration label.  Once the labels begin to feed, release the Feed/Pause button.

HP Color LaserJet CP2025 configuration page

The configuration page for the HP Color LaserJet CP2025 is slightly different than the configuration page printed out by other HP printers.  Unlike on many HP config pages, the page count for the CP2025 is actually called "page count," instead of "engine cycles."  Youll also find all three page counts -- monochrome (black and white), color, and total, whereas on other printers you usually only get two out of the three.

To print the configuration page from a Color LaserJet CP2025:

- Press the OK button to bring up the menu.
- "Reports" will be displayed -- press the OK button.
- Scroll to the right until "Config Report" is displayed.
- Press the OK button to print out the configuration page.

Many HP printers include the page count toward the top of the configuration page, but on the CP2025s configuration page the page counts can be found at the bottom of the first column.

Many printers give you the option to print out a configuration page that outlines many of the machines settings, as well as other information such as serial number or installed options.  On the Kyocera Ecosys FS-3900DN printer, this page is called a status page.  To print the status page, simply follow the steps below.

- With the printer powered on and ready, press the Menu button to bring up the printers main menu.  (If the printer is idle or sleeping, you may have to press Menu once to wake it up, and then again to enter the menu.)

- Using the up and down arrows on the printers operation panel, scroll through the menu options until you see "Print Status Page."  (If you are scrolling down, it will be the option right after "Print Menu Map.")

- With "Print Status Page" displayed, press the OK button.

- A question mark will appear on the Lcd after "Print Status Page."  Press OK again, and the status page will begin printing out.
