HP LaserJet 4200 4250 4300 4350 supplies status page

The supplies status page on many HP printers gives you an estimate of about how much time you have before youll need to replace your toner cartridge, maintenance kit, or other consumables.  To print a supplies status page for a LaserJet 4200, 4250, 4300, or 4350 printer, follow the steps below.

- Press the Menu button.
- Scroll down once so that INFORMATION is displayed on the Lcd.
- Press the Select button (the one with the check mark on it).
- Scroll down twice so that PRINT SUPPLIES STATUS PAGE is displayed.
- Press the Select button.

The supplies status page lets you see the amount left for various supplies, including each of the color toners.  To print the supplies status page on a Color LaserJet 4600:

- From the Ready Lcd, press the Select button (the button with the check mark on it)
- "INFORMATION" will be displayed; press Select again
- Scroll down to "PRINT SUPPLIES STATUS PAGE"
- Press Select
